About Qawafil
Qawafil is an Egyptian joint-stock company that launched from Suez in 2008 with a considered engineering and construction vision — to become a leader in real-estate development — and moved to New Cairo in 2016 with a modern approach that helps reshape the market.
Through strategic planning, the company chose distinctive residential locations and delivered integrated real-estate solutions for a life of comfort that fits every need. Despite challenges and crises, Qawafil kept a distinctive product quality, rich in detail, and honoured every promise and contract with its clients.
Today it is among the strongest choices for clients seeking a home and a secure investment, thanks to its credibility and track record in Suez, New Cairo, and Obour City — across more than 98 projects — while currently developing commercial centres with retail, administrative, and medical uses in New Cairo.

Eng. Mohamed El Gohary
It is my pleasure to share part of a journey filled with challenges and achievements that we began more than 17 years ago. Over these years we have always pursued our dream of becoming one of the leading real-estate developers, through a firm belief in innovation and quality, and a continuous commitment to excellence in everything we do.
The road was demanding — including the COVID crisis and economic shocks that required dedication, hard work, and inventive solutions to turn challenges into opportunities for growth. We succeeded in building a strong administrative and operating system, and Qawafil became an entity able to face challenges.
Our goal is not merely to hand over a real-estate product, but to build a life of comfort, safety, and luxury — a life that is not only a home, but also a secure real-estate investment that delivers the returns our clients seek. We believe trust is the foundation of every relationship, and that our credibility is what sets us apart in a demanding market.
